About
Welcome to TeaMorrow: a vibrant boba café nestled in the heart of South Pasadena, where a relaxed atmosphere meets an innovative menu. Strolling through the quaint streets, you’ll find yourself delighted by the charming exterior that leads into a bright and inviting space. This café is not just a spot for a quick drink; it’s an experience that fuses flavor, community, and comfort.
Highlights of the Menu: As a food reviewer, I was particularly captivated by the meticulous preparation of their matcha offerings. The Matcha Hokkaido Milk Tea is a standout, expertly hand-whisked to perfection and paired with creamy organic milk. The layered pleasures of the Matcha Bandera—a delightful blend of matcha, creamy milk, and house-made strawberry puree—are heavenly. Each sip is a testament to the craftsmanship that defines TeaMorrow's approach.
For those seeking savory options, the Popcorn Chicken and Crispy Tofu present tantalizing textures and flavors that are worthy of exploration. The popcorn chicken boasts a perfect balance of crunch and tenderness, while the crispy tofu captures the essence of comfort food with a vegetarian twist.
As you dive into TeaMorrow, you’ll discover it’s more than just a café; it’s a hub for community interaction, relaxation, and creativity. Customers like Amber C. rave about the “great vibes” and the friendly service that invites patrons to engage with each other. “ I love this cafe! Bright, delicious, nice people, great vibes! I love to sit and people watch. ”
“ Parking is plentiful around the block of TeaMorrow, limited to two hours. They have options to order at the self-service kiosk or directly at the cashier. On a Saturday afternoon, they have regular traffic thought not a line-out-the-door kind of atmosphere - thankfully. Members of the general community frequent TeaMorrow as part of the general strip of small businesses, and many study or work on projects here - or even a quite bite. (And yes, there's Wi-Fi!) One thing to note is that the self-service kiosk does not have Oolong Milk Tea but it does have Peach Oolong Milk Tea (??) - weird! But ordering at the front cleared up this issue; I ordered this with boba for a friend and grabbed myself a 25% (mod) sweet Almond Milk Tea. Almond is one of those "difficult to get right" drinks in my opinion, but TeaMorrow exceeded expectations, especially with the customized sugar. It was on the "tad too sweet end," but better than expected. Wait time was approximately 15 minutes, though, despite the rather empty line - perhaps a shift change. ”
“ It's located near the intersection by the train crossing. It's a bit difficult to find parking. We found parking on the side street with only a couple mins walk. It wasn't too far. They have kiosks for self-ordering. The drinks and food took awhile to come out. Our order was for to-go. Almond milk tea tasted better than most places out there. The popcorn chicken was a bit too soggy for me. ”
“ TeaMorrow is a cute little boba cafe located in South Pasadena. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a casual and inviting ambiance that makes it the perfect spot to catch up with friends. Pro tip: check in on Yelp for a free size upgrade! In addition to various tea drinks, they also offer a variety of snacks and noodle and rice dishes that are sure to satisfy your hunger cravings. My party of 4 came by Saturday around 2 pm and it wasn't that crowded. We ordered and snagged a table easily. It did fill up as we were sitting and chatting, and by the time we left an hour later, most of the tables were occupied. I ordered the mango green tea slushie with light sweetness ($4.75), with a free upgrade to a large drink since I checked in on Yelp. While the drink was very refreshing on a hot day, it tasted closer to regular sweetness than light. My friend opted for the hot hokkaido milk tea ($5.25), which I had a taste of and enjoyed as well. Overall, TeaMorrow is a great spot to relax and enjoy some tasty boba. With plenty of seating available, it's the perfect place to catch up with friends or simply unwind after a long day. ”
“ my new study spot !!! was recommended by a friend to try this place out and I think I love it. I came in around noon , which was just in time to beat the afternoon rush. there are many outlets along the walls and plenty of seating space which makes this an ideal study spot. however, there is music playing in the background (GOOD music though) so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer quiet study spots. I ordered a hokkaido milk tea upon recommendation from the cashier, Joseph. he was very helpful and seemed very informed about the menu so I decided to give it a go. needless to say, my drink was delicious! there's no doubt that I'll be back to try some more drinks from here. ”
“ My husband and I tried TeaMorrow for the first time on Sat, 10/21/2023 right before 4:00 PM. This place was bustling with people, and depending on what time you go, the seats were almost all filled at certain times. The cafe is located near a thrift shop and like some of the reviews say, it is def AESTHETICALLY pleasing. It's a bright cafe, with florals, tons of knick-knacks, and wall art. There's a pink light that says you + me + tea, which makes you want to take pics lol. We ended up ordering an item off their TeaMorrow X (Premium Drinks) using their self-ordering kiosk: What The Melon - "The sweetness of FRESH watermelon and the lively notes of green tea make this a perfect poolside treat." - $6.25 -- The drink included fresh watermelon and was quite refreshing on a hot day. Since the drink includes watermelon, I'm not sure the drink is a seasonal item. Although the drink was tasty, it wasn't too sweet but it was a little boring imho - literally blended up watermelon + sweetened green tea, nonetheless, my husband really enjoyed it. If you would like to order for pickup, here's their website: https://teamorrow.smartonlineorder.com/ Seating: There are like 1-2 tables outside and mostly indoor seating, which gets a little packed. The store was also a lil stingy with the aircon though since it was getting pretty stuffy without any air. Parking: We parked in the free lot nearby. According to their website, *free street parking available on Meridian Ave & Mission St. (2 hours max) *free public parking lot located just north of us at 803 Meridian Ave I'm interested in trying their matcha so next time I'm in the area, I'm open to trying their other drinks! ”
